StickSports Retains PR Agency To Attract Users and Advertisers


StickSports Ltd, the company behind the world’s most popular online cricket game, has appointed Parker, Wayne and Kent to provide ongoing public relations support.

Over two million unique users every month visit StickSports’ flagship cricket portal, StickCricket.com. The predominantly young male user base of StickCricket.com is being leveraged as a platform to drive a base of users to StickSports’ new Stick Soccer and other upcoming free to play, online games.

Parker, Wayne and Kent will provide media relations support to support marketing campaigns for users and attract advertisers to Stick Sports’ various games. The retained contract comes on the back of a hugely successful public relations campaign for the 2006 Ashes Tour. The International Cricket Cutie (ICC) Trophy was devised by Parker, Wayne and Kent to drive international traffic to StickCricket.com prior to the Ashes.
