Epitiro Retains PR Firm To
Continue Offering Industry Insight
Epitiro Ltd, the world’s
leading supplier of Internet customer experience management solutions, has
retained Parker, Wayne and Kent to provide long-term public relations support
following the success of the Internet Performance Indicator (IPI) Report.
The Q2 2006 IPI Report was the
first survey ranking the top five consumer ISPs in terms of technical
performance. The concept, created by Parker, Wayne and Kent, used Epitiro’s
customer experience monitoring and competitor benchmarking service ISP-I
(pronounced “eye spy”), to monitor the services from the ten largest
competing consumer ADSL broadband providers.
Parker, Wayne and Kent will now
continue a strategic public relations programme for Epitiro, with a brief that
includes key messaging, brand support and media relations.
Parker, Wayne and Kent will also
work with Epitiro to develop new reports covering specific online applications
including Internet telephony (VoIP), IPTV, Content Verification and other
converged services. The ongoing public relations work will raise Epitiro’s
profile as an industry expert, giving the media unique insights into the
Internet industry and trends that are otherwise unavailable.
